Yoga for Every-Body
About the classes:
Trinity’s intention is to help people enjoy moving and being in their body’s. Every body can do yoga, at every phase of life, age and ability. We practice the foundation of yoga naturally every day by breathing in and out. In our practice, we will enrich the breath with focus while we move our limbs to explore simple and new shapes.
The goal of Yoga is not to be a contortion artist, but to enjoy the body you are in and experience greater strength and vitality of your body and breath. Trinity’s classes provide well guided support for the physical body and provide a sense of humor and lightness during the practice. She creates a safe space to explore boundaries, authenticity and play at yoga. Trinity has studied with masters in a variety of traditions: The Klein technique, Pilates, dance improvisation and has been practicing various forms of meditation since her early teens.
Trinity is a certified Yoga instructor through the White Lotus Foundation with Ganga White and Tracy Rich. As an former international professional contemporary dancer, and a life long student of movement (SUNY Purchase BFA Dance NY) Trinity offers over 24 years of body awareness and injury prevention. She brings the joy of movement to her Yoga teaching and practice. She has been teaching since 2007.
