Herbal Wellness for Spring

Join us as we steep in herbal goodness to prepare our bodies and minds for spring. Herbalist Trinity Ava will lead a discussion on allergies, spring cleansing and dietary support to promote robust immunity and vitality during the spring season. The class will include a tasting of healing herbal teas that promote springtime wellness and vitality. These include legends such a nourishing nettle, inflammation moving turmeric, and stress relieving Tulsi-holy basil. You will come away knowing how to use herbs to support allergy relief, optimum weight, and the caffeine-free energy needed to jump into spring.

Herbal Skin Care for the 21st Century

Learn how to protect your skin during the summer months with healing and protecting herbs in this seasonal workshop. Instructor Trinity Ava will share time-tested and effective herbal and essential oil-based remedies that tend to summertime challenges including: natural bug sprays, herbal sun burn protection, and treatments for bites, sting and blisters. The class will include samples of healing herbal salves and nourishing creams to feed your body’s largest organ the vital nourishment it needs to glow!

Many of our favorite culinary friends such as turmeric, thyme, oregano and marjoram contain a wealth of legendary healing possibilities. Along with instructor Trinity Ava, you will learn how to create delicious herbal remedies to promote immunity and well-being for the fall season. The class will include a tasting of the Fire Cider, Herbal Kimichi, Golden Milk and other herbal treats that will make your body and mind prepared for the coming season.
